🐞 Bug Reporter — Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-12

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bug Reporter — the browser extension, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Zicuro ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind that organization.

1. The Service

Bug Reporter lets you capture, store, and manage bug reports (including screenshots, recorded steps, logs, and video) and turn them into tests. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password and access code confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction; the Service is intended for workplace use and not for children.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; infringe others' rights; upload malware; attempt to breach or overload the Service; reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; or use it to store data you have no right to store. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right and any necessary consents to capture and upload it (including screenshots or video that may contain other people's information).

4. Your content

You (or your organization) keep ownership of the bug reports and data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to the third-party services you connect, and to the AI provider that drafts summaries — see the Privacy Policy). You can delete Your Content, and we handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

Features that connect to Google, Microsoft, Jira, Linear, GitHub, Slack, Resend, or others are subject to those providers' own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services.

6. Plans, storage & fees

The Service is currently offered free, with a per-workspace free video-storage allowance; beyond it you connect your own cloud storage. We may introduce paid plans in future with notice.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms — for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify you, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits; and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law of your location provides otherwise.
